In particular for agonistic and/or immune cell targeting antibodies the antibody’s Fc part is an important determinant of functionality and clinical safety. Furthermore, preclinical development often requires mouse-target reactive antibodies; ideally in the format of mouse-IgG isotypes. Therefore, we generated a diverse set of Fc isotype sequence backbones, including modifications to modulate Fc-functionality, for cloning antibody HC and LC sequences.
